Who we are

I have been working in the online accommodation industry for nearly 20 years and have an in-depth understanding of the world’s leading hotel and accommodation booking platforms. My career began at Booking.com in 2007, during a time when hotel bookings online were still developing. Later, I worked as a market leader in three other major accommodation platforms in their London offices – Expedia, lastminute.com, and most recently, Airbnb.

I can confidently say that I deeply understand the needs, challenges, and joys of accommodation providers, online portals, and guests alike. I am familiar with both the visible and hidden sides of this industry.

Hospitality, accommodation, and travel are my great passion and calling. I believe that the main goal of any accommodation establishment should be to ensure that the guest leaves satisfied. The tourism industry is exciting and constantly evolving, and there is never a dull moment!
