Fancy Home offers a wide range of services for both new and experienced hosts. Whether you are starting your first hosting experience and need assistance or advice, or you are an experienced host seeking more free time, we can help! Whether you need support for day-to-day management or you’re on vacation, our services are designed for you.

WHAT VALUE CAN FANCY HOME OFFER ME AND MY PROPERTY?
Using an external company to manage your listing accounts should be viewed as an investment. We work with clients on a 1-to-1 basis. We visit your property, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs for guests, personally monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of your property, and respond to all guest inquiries. We aim to make your guests feel at home and safe in your property. Our goal is to help you earn more over time by ensuring the right pricing and suitable guests, as well as gaining positive feedback.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO IMPROVE MY PROFILE AND DESCRIPTION?
Depending on your needs, we can do quite a lot! We will build up your accommodation profiles, create an attractive description with high-quality professional photos, and work out a suitable pricing structure. You can appoint us as your primary co-host (your profiles will appear as if they belong to us, linked to our existing Airbnb Superhost status), a secondary co-host (your profiles will appear as your own), or we can work in a “behind-the-scenes” mode where your guests won’t be aware of our working relationship. We’ll do our best to help your account achieve Superhost status as soon as possible!

WHAT IF A GUEST DAMAGES THE PROPERTY OR BREAKS SOMETHING?
Airbnb offers a special insurance called AirCover that covers any damage caused by guests to your property. Booking.com doesn’t provide such insurance, but your own property insurance should cover any accidental damages. It’s a good idea to check if your home insurance covers Airbnb/Booking-style rentals or what their policies are in case of such damages.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NO LONGER WANT TO RENT OUT MY PROPERTY AND NEED TO END THE MANAGEMENT SERVICE?
Simply let us know one month in advance, and we will stop promoting your property on the platforms. All existing bookings will have to be accommodated. After one month, we will send you the final invoice.
